We have broken our service down to five easy steps.
- Step 1
At your first appointment you will meet with a mortgage specialist who will assess your current situation and determine your capacity to invest in direct property. Your specialist will also review your current financial structure and recommend strategies to reduce your current debts.
- Step 2
From this information you will meet with an experienced and qualified Financial Planner who will educate you on the benefits of property investment and how this can directly reduce your tax and create wealth.
- Step 3
After your capacity to invest has been determined you will be shown investment opportunities that match your investment needs and financial circumstances. Here you will discover areas that the Victoria State Government have designated as growth areas and offer strong capital growth prospects and high rental yields.
- Step 4
Once you have selected an investment opportunity you will receive a personal consultation with a CPA Accountant who will review the investment and provide a detailed analysis over a 10 year period.
- Step 5
Contracts will be made available for any independent legal advice. Armed with all the facts you will sign the contracts at which time they are made available to your mortgage specialist who will organise unconditional loan approval.
- Step 6
After an uncondiational loan approval is received you will have an appointment to make all the selection for your investment property. Soon after your mortgage specialist and solicitor will arrange settlement of your land.
- Step 7
Upon unconditional loan advice the builder will prepare for building permit approval. This period will take approx 2 moths at which time your builder will advise you of a commencement date for construction.
